Fornecimento de: Componente I - 35 autocarros articulados, com cerca de 18 metros de comprimento, de propulsão elétrica autónoma, para transporte urbano de passageiros (categoria M3 - classe I), com opção de aquisição de 1 a 5 autocarros adicionais idênticos. Componente II - Serviços de manutenção, por um prazo de 15 anos, dos autocarros que constituem a Componente I. Componente III - Estações de carregamento elétrico (de oportunidade, nas estações terminais de serviço, e de carregamento tipicamente noturno, no Parque de Material e Oficinas) dos autocarros. Componente IV - Serviços de manutenção, por um prazo de 15 anos, das estações de carregamento que constituem a Componente III. Concurso Público Internacional para o fornecimento de autocarros elétricos para transporte urbano de passageiros, equipamentos de carregamento e serviços de manutenção
