Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником впродовж 30 днів після поставки товарів та пред'явлення Постачальником накладної (акту приймання - передачі товарів), завіреної печаткою та підписом особи Постачальника, уповноваженої на підписання господарських та фінансових документів. Постачальник зобов'язаний за заявкою Замовника поставити за свій рахунок Товари у розпорядження Замовника разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти Товар на умовах цього Договору, протягом 5 (п’яти) днів з дати подання заявки Замовника, але в будь якому випадку не пізніше 30.09.2026 року. Заявка Замовника подається шляхом надсилання її на поштову адресу, або на електронну адресу, або в телефонному режимі. Поставка Товару може здійснюватися окремими партіями згідно з заявкою Замовника. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Партією Товару за Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, що визначений за кожною окремою заявкою Замовника. У випадку подання заявки Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника, яка зазначена в реквізитах Постачальника, заявка вважається отриманою Постачальником з дати направлення її Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника. Місце поставки товару: Постачальник здійснює поставку та передачу Товару замовнику на умовах DDP (відповідно до Міжнародних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Інкотермс у редакції 2020 ) за кінцевим місцем призначення, що знаходиться за адресою : м. Черкаси, вул.___________. *Країною походження товару не може бути російська федерація/республіка білорусь/ісламська республіка іран.
