Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy implantów i wyrobów ortopedycznych wraz z ich transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem (na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy) w sposób wskazany przez Zamawiającego na potrzeby Oddziału Ortopedii i Traumatologii Narządów Ruchu przy ul. 3 Maja 37 Szpitala Pomnik Chrztu Polski w Gnieźnie. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Formularz cenowy (OPZ) - stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. Szczegółowe regulacje określono w SWZ.
