Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa testów genetycznych PCR do własnego aparatu GenExpert (będącego własnością Zamawiającego) - w ilościach oraz rodzajach określonych w Formularzu Cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do niniejszej SWZ. Szczegółowe wymagania i warunki dot. przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. Powyższe załączniki stanowią integralną część SWZ. Oferowane wyroby muszą być dopuszczone do obrotu i stosowania na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej zgodnie z prawem obowiązującym w tym zakresie, a w szczególności zgodnie z przepisami ustawy o wyrobach medycznych. Oferowane wyroby medyczne muszą być właściwie oznakowane i posiadać odpowiednie instrukcje używania w języku polskim.
