Description

Dostawa nowego ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo gaśniczego z przeznaczeniem dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Pieniężnie o minimalnych parametrach technicznych zawartych w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) stanowiącym Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ, warunki realizacji zamówienia określono w Projekcie Umowy ­ Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Pojazd musi spełniać wymagania polskich przepisów o ruchu drogowym z uwzględnieniem wymagań dotyczących pojazdów uprzywilejowanych zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 20 czerwca 1997 r. Prawo o ruchu drogowym (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1251) wraz z przepisami wykonawczymi. Pojazd posiadać powinien świadectwo dopuszczenia CNBOP do użytkowania w ochronie przeciwpożarowej na terenie Polski ważne na dzień dostawy pojazdu.
