1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy wodomierzy na potrzeby RPWiK w Tychach S.A. 2. Postępowanie prowadzone jest z podziałem na 3 (trzy) zadania: 1) Zadanie 1: Wodomierze objętościowe suchobieżne wraz z modułem radiowym z zintegrowanym rejestratorem danych do szczegółowej analizy zużycia wody 2) Zadanie 2: Wodomierze z zintegrowanym modułem radiowym lub „nakładką radiową” DN 50-150 3) Zadanie 3: Wodomierze z modułem impulsowym DN 20-150. 3. Nazwy i kody według Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV): Kod główny CPV: 38421100-3 - Wodomierze 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Zgodnie z art. 393 ust. 1 pkt 4 Pzp, Zamawiający odrzuci ofertę, w której udział produktów pochodzących z państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej lub państw z którym Unia Europejska zawarła umowy o równym traktowaniu przedsiębiorców lub państw, wobec których na mocy decyzji Rady stosuje się przepisy dyrektywy 2014/25/UE nie przekracza 50% całkowitej wartości produktów objętych ofertą.
