1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy 2. Kod i nazwa wg Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV): Kod 38421100-3 - Wodomierze 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa fabrycznie nowych wodomierzy suchobieżnych: objętościowych ultradźwiękowych, jednostrumieniowych, przemysłowych, śrubowych do zimnej wody przeznaczonej do spożycia przez ludzi. Średnica wodomierzy - 20 - 100 mm. 2) Termin gwarancji: 60 miesięcy na wodomierze DN 20 mm, licząc od dnia podpisania protokołu każdej z partii zamówienia oraz 36 miesięcy na pozostałe wodomierze, licząc od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru każdej z partii wodomierzy. 3) Przedmiot zamówienia zostanie zrealizowany zgodnie z: a) szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ, b) wzorem Umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, c) zgodnie z warunkami zawartymi w niniejszej SWZ. Z uwagi na fakt, iż nie jest to uzasadnione charakterem przedmiotu zamówienia Zamawiający nie formułuje wymagań wskazanych w art. 100 ustawy Pzp.
