Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie wielobranżowej dokumentacji projektowej wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego nad dokumentacją oraz wykonanie na jej podstawie rekonstrukcji czwartorzędowej studni nr 5c na ujęciu wody Grodzisko poprzez wykonanie nowego otworu zastępczego 5e i likwidację otworu istniejącego. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ oraz zapisami projektu umowy zawartymi w Załączniku nr 10 do SWZ.
