The buyer, PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. together with KOGENERACJA S.A. (Wrocław CHP plants), PGE Zielona Góra S.A. and PGE Toruń S.A., is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for supplies of lime sorbents in the lime category, covering hydrated lime and quicklime, for the needs of its heat and power plants in the years 2026-2029. The descriptions of the subject matter in the annexes are preliminary and requirements may change; final requirements for each individual contract will be set out in the contract award documents for that call. The buyer reserves the right to divide individual calls into parts and to limit the number of parts that may be awarded to one contractor. Suppliers of lime products may participate.
