1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia są dostawy sorbentów wapiennych w kategorii sorbent MIX do jednostek wytwórczych PGE GiEK S.A.. opisane w Załączniku do Informacji o ustanowieniu DSZ 2. Zamawiający zastrzega, że Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiący Załącznik do Informacji o ustanowieniu DSZ ma charakter wstępny, a określone w nim wymagania mogą ulec zmianie. Ostateczne wymagania Zamawiającego dotyczące opisu przedmiotu oraz zasad realizacji danego Zamówienia Wykonawczego zostaną określone w SWZ, przekazywanej w ramach danego Zamówienia Wykonawczego. 3 Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do dokonania w ramach Postępowań Wykonawczych podziału Przedmiotu Zamówienia na Części, z jednoczesnym określeniem maksymalnej liczby Części, które mogą zostać udzielone jednemu Wykonawcy Przedmiotem Zamówienia są dostawy sorbentów wapiennych w kategorii sorbent MIX do jednostek wytwórczych PGE GiEK S.A. opisane w Załączniku do Informacji o ustanowieniu DSZ
