1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa odnowienia licencji VMware vSphere 8 Enterprise Plus - 384 core w modelu subskrypcyjnym na okres 12 miesięcy w ramach posiadanego przez Zamawiającego środowiska wirtualizacyjnego VMware. 2. Minimalne wymagania Zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji usługi, zostały zawarte w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia wg Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Wszystkie wymagania określone opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp, jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odnowienie licencji VMware vSphere 8 Enterprise Plus - 384 core w modelu subskrypcyjnym na okres 12 miesięcy w ramach posiadanego przez Zamawiającego środowiska wirtualizacyjnego VMware. Zamówienie dotyczy przedłużenia aktualnie obowiązującego wsparcia producenta, bez utraty ciągłości świadczenia usług wsparcia technicznego oraz bez zmiany modelu licencjonowania. Subskrypcja musi obejmować prawo do korzystania z oprogramowania, dostęp do aktualizacji oraz wsparcie techniczne producenta zgodnie z aktualnymi „VMware/Broadcom Support and Subscription Terms and Conditions”.
