1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup, rozbudowa, modernizacja i integracja systemów informatycznych wraz z dostawą niezbędnego sprzętu w celu uruchomienia e-usług w ramach projektu „Rozwój nowoczesnej e-administracji w Gminie Lipie”. 2. Zamówienie jest podzielone na 3 części, tj. Część 1 - Uruchomienie e-usług publicznych, Część 2 - Uruchomienie systemu monitorowania środowiska, Część 3 - Podniesienie cyberbezpieczeństwa urzędu. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z określeniem minimalnych wymagań został przedstawiony w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (SOPZ). Część 1 - Podniesienie cyberbezpieczeństwa urzędu 1. Zakup oprogramowania Portalu e-Usług - 1 szt. 2.Wdrożenie oprogramowania Portalu e-Usług - 1 szt. 3. Zaprojektowanie i wdrożenie e-usług z zakresu podatków i opłat lokalnych - 1 szt. 4. Zaprojektowanie i wdrożenie e-usług z zakresu informacji przestrzennej - 1 szt. 5. Przeprowadzenie instruktaży dla pracowników z zakresu wdrażanego oprogramowania - 1 szt. 6. Usługi dostosowania i integracji systemów dziedzinowych - 1 szt. 7. Usługi dostosowania i integracji systemu elektronicznego zarządzania dokumentacją - 1 szt. 8. Przeprowadzenie instruktaży dla pracowników z zakresu wdrażanego oprogramowania - 1 szt. 9. Usługi cyfryzacji zasobów informacji przestrzennej - 1 szt. 10. Zakup oprogramowania do zarządzania zasobami informacji przestrzennej - 1 szt. 11.
