Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi dostawa, wdrożenie i integracja systemu PACS/RIS z systemem HIS oraz platformą usług inteligentnych zgodnie z formularzem cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 3, arkuszem wymaganych parametrów technicznych stanowiącym załącznik nr 9 oraz wzorem umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
