1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez 24 miesiące usługi utrzymania i rozwoju systemów informatycznych w odniesieniu do następujących programów, na które Kancelaria Senatu posiada licencje: 1.1. Asseco Softlab ERP - moduły: Finanse i Księgowość, moduł Zaangażowania, Środki Trwałe; Logistyka i Sprzedaż, 1.2. Asseco Softlab ERP HR - moduły: Kadry, Płace, Portal pracowniczy, E-deklaracje, Portal Przełożonego; PPK, - zwanych dalej „systemem ERP”. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również: 2.1. Usługę subskrypcji nowych wersji i uaktualnień programów. 2.2. Usługę wymiany wersji. 2.2.1. Obsługę nowych licencji. 2.2.2. Usługę usuwania błędów krytycznych, błędów uciążliwych i błędów nieuciążliwych w kodzie programu, w tym w ramach udzielonej gwarancji. 2.2.3. Usługę help desk - telefonicznego i elektronicznego dostępu do konsultantów wykonawcy. 2.2.4. Usługi serwisowe świadczone przez dedykowanych konsultantów wykonawcy. 2.2.5. Subskrypcję dwóch licencji developerskich. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - opisie przedmiotu zamówienia.
