Modernizacja oraz utrzymanie wraz ze wsparciem technicznym Systemu Pobyt (w tym Krajowego Systemu Konsultacyjnego) oraz portalu (Moduł Obsługi Spraw)” Opis: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług mających na celu wprowadzenie zmian w prowadzonym przez Szefa Urzędu do Spraw Cudzoziemców Systemie Pobyt (w tym Krajowy System Konsultacyjny (KSK)) oraz portalu MOS ((Moduł Obsługi Spraw) wraz z panelem administracyjnym, panelem edytora oraz częścią MOS w Systemie Pobyt) wynikających z konieczności dostosowania systemów do obowiązujących oraz projektowanych aktów prawnych, przystosowanie ww. systemów do współpracy z systemami zewnętrznymi (zarówno wielkoskalowymi systemami UE, jak i krajowymi), a także wprowadzenie zmian funkcjonalnych i pozafunkcjonalnych usprawniających prace użytkowników ww. systemów oraz objęcie ich obsługą gwarancyjną oraz usługą wsparcia technicznego w zakresie utrzymania i obsługi aplikacji. Ponadto na usługi będące przedmiotem umowy składa się wsparcie przy utrzymaniu prawidłowego działania infrastruktury teleinformatycznej Zamawiającego związanej z prawidłowym działaniem ww. systemów i usług z nimi połączonych oraz wsparcie w przypadku awarii sprzętowej bądź programowej.
