1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: a) rozbudowa posiadanego przez ZAMAWIAJĄCEGO Oprogramowania Aplikacyjnego w zakresie dostawy Modułu Eskulap - Interfejs ZLK-1 (1 szt. na serwer) wraz z wdrożeniem oraz instruktażem personelu ZAMAWIAJĄCEGO, a także dostawa bezterminowej Licencji Modułu Eskulap - System kolejkowy (1 szt. na urządzenie) oraz Eskulap NG - Pulpit Pielęgniarski (OPEN na równoczesnego użytkownika), Eskulap NG - Pulpit Ambulatoryjny (OPEN na równoczesnego użytkownika), a także rozwinięcie uzupełniające specyfikację funkcjonalną Eskulap - Rozliczenia i Eskulap - Ruch Chorych o elementy związane z obsługą dokumentów KSeF. Uruchomienie wskazanych w pierwszym zdaniu funkcjonalności nastąpi najpóźniej w terminie do 120 dni od dnia podpisania Umowy. b) świadczenie przez WYKONAWCĘ na rzecz ZAMAWIAJĄCEGO usług serwisowych określonych w Załączniku nr 2 do Umowy zgodnie z procedurą realizacji usług określoną w Załączniku nr 3 do Umowy w okresie 24 miesięcy, tj. na okres od 01.09.2026 r. do 31.08.2028
