Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi pn. „Letnie utrzymanie dróg Gminy Bielawa”. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1. wykonywanie prac związanych z letnim utrzymaniem dróg Gminy Bielawa; 2. wykonywanie prac zgodnie z zakresem i częstotliwością określonymi w załącznikach do projektowanych postanowień umowy; 3. usuwanie z pasa drogowego zanieczyszczeń, odpadów, przeszkód oraz innych zagrożeń dla bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego lub środowiska wraz z ich uprzątnięciem, transportem i zagospodarowaniem/utylizacją; 4. podejmowanie działań interwencyjnych na zgłoszenie Zamawiającego w terminach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy; 5. w przypadku konieczności wprowadzenia tymczasowej organizacji ruchu - sporządzenie, uzgodnienie, zatwierdzenie oraz wdrożenie tymczasowej organizacji ruchu, własnym staraniem i na własny koszt Wykonawcy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają: 1. Projektowane postanowienia umowy / projekt umowy; 2. Załącznik nr 1 - Zakres wykonywania prac związanych z LUD;
