Przedmiotem zamówienia jest bieżące utrzymanie terenów gminnych na terenach parków, skwerów, zieleńców, zieleni przydrożnej oraz w zieleni gminnych pasów drogowych w Raciborzu związanych z bieżącym utrzymaniem zieleni oraz koszeniem trawników i łąk w parkach, na zieleńcach, skwerach oraz pasach zieleni przydrożnej, wybiegu i toalety dla psów oraz utrzymanie i modernizacja ścieżek rowerowych na wałach przeciwpowodziowych. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) Bieżącą pielęgnację i utrzymanie terenów parków, skwerów, zieleńców oraz zieleni przydrożnej, 2) Bieżące utrzymanie czystości i porządku oraz koszenie terenów zieleni miejskiej oraz wybiegów dla psów, 3) Utrzymanie i modernizacja ścieżek rowerowych poza pasami dróg gminnych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają załączniki do zaproszenia do negocjacji. Pozostałe wymagania określono we wzorze umowy.
