Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa systemu sprzedaży biletów na potrzeby Komunikacji Miejskiej w Krakowie (dalej: Systemu) wraz z usługą utrzymania i wsparcia serwisowego. Zamówienie składa się z następujących elementów: 1. zakres podstawowy: - dostawa Systemu wraz z aplikacjami mobilnymi, - dostawa urządzeń niezbędnych do działania Systemu, - uruchomienie, konfiguracja i licencjonowanie Systemu, - usługa utrzymania, wsparcia i serwisu Systemu (w tym aplikacji mobilnych i urządzeń); 2. zakres opcjonalny: - opcja 1 - integracja Systemu z Krajowym Węzłem Identyfikacji Elektronicznej (login.gov.pl), - opcja 2 - integracja Systemu z systemem biletomatów stacjonarnych, - opcja 3 - sukcesywna dostawa Nowego Nośnika biletu okresowego, - opcja 4 - przedłużenie usługi utrzymania, wsparcia i serwisu Systemu, - opcja 5 - rozszerzenie licencji o modyfikacje kodu źródłowego, przekazanie kodów źródłowych oraz przekazanie sprzętu, - opcja 6 - prace rozwojowe,
