1. Przedmiotem zmówienia jest dostawa rozwiązania informatycznego klasy Platforma do zarządzania testami odbiorowymi dalej zwanego System wraz z licencjami i wsparciem producenta do nich, wdrożeniem i utrzymaniem oraz rozwojem. 2. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji oraz Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa rozwiązania informatycznego (systemu) klasy Platforma do zarządzania testami odbiorowymi wraz z licencjami i wsparciem producenta do nich, wdrożeniem i utrzymaniem oraz rozwojem. System ma być narzędziem informatycznym służącym do wsparcia procesów odbiorczych dla aplikacji/systemów wdrażanych i rozwijanych w GK PGE. Jego głównym celem jest uzyskiwanie, dla każdego z obsługiwanych projektów, formalnego potwierdzenia, że dostarczone aplikacje/systemy są zgodne z wymaganiami oraz, że spełniają kryteria jakościowe.
