Niniejsze postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego o jakim stanowi art. 132 i nast. Ustawy p.z.p. oraz niniejszej Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, zwaną dalej „SWZ”. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostęp do nowych wersji oraz świadczenie opieki serwisowej dla Zintegrowanego Systemu Informatycznego Szpitala Międzyrzeckiego Sp. z o.o. w Międzyrzeczu. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: 1) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, tj.: - dodatek nr 2 do SWZ; 2) Projektowane postanowienia umowy, tj.: - dodatek nr 3 do SWZ.
