Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizację projektu „Transformacja cyfrowa w Wojewódzkim Szpitalu Podkarpackim im. Jana Pawła II w Krośnie” poprzez opracowanie i wdrożenie SZBI. Szczegółowy opis, zakres i wielkość przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera zał. nr 2 do SWZ. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności kompleksowe opracowanie i wdrożenie Systemu Zarządzania Bezpieczeństwem Informacji (SZBI) w szpitalu, obejmujące działania organizacyjne, proceduralne, techniczne oraz szkoleniowe. Zakres wymaganych prac w ramach wdrożenia SZBI opisano w rozdziale 7 OPZ. Wdrożenie SZBI musi uwzględniać w szczególności: 1. ochronę informacji, w tym danych osobowych pacjentów oraz innych danych wrażliwych, 2. zapewnienie ciągłości działania procesów klinicznych, diagnostycznych i administracyjnych, 3. ograniczenie ryzyk cyberbezpieczeństwa, 4. zgodność z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa oraz wymaganiami normatywnymi. Zamówienie obejmuje pełny cykl wdrożeniowy SZBI, od analizy stanu obecnego do audytu wewnętrznego oraz wsparcia powdrożeniowego, w tym przygotowanie Zamawiającego do samodzielnego utrzymania i doskonalenia SZBI.
