Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa z siedzibą w Warszawie (zwaną dalej „Zamawiającym”) przez Wykonawcę prawa do korzystania z Oprogramowania wskazanego w projektowanych postanowień umowy (dalej: „ppu”), stanowiących Załącznik nr 8.1. do SWZ - na zasadzie Subskrypcji: 1.1. prawo do korzystania z Oprogramowania w jego bieżącej wersji uwzględniającej wszelkie Aktualizacje Oprogramowania na warunkach określonych w ppu oraz ogólnych warunkach licencyjnych producenta Oprogramowania; 1.2. możliwość korzystania ze wsparcia producenta Oprogramowania na warunkach określonych w ppu oraz ogólnych warunkach licencyjnych producenta Oprogramowania. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza zaoferowanie przez Wykonawców rozwiązania równoważnego do wskazanego w pkt 1 powyżej, tj. Wykonawca dostarczy, skonfiguruje i uruchomi oraz zapewni Zamawiającemu możliwość korzystania z Systemu SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response, zgodnie ze szczegółową specyfikacją stanowiącą Załącznik nr 1 do projektowanych postanowień umowy (dalej: ppu-r) stanowiących Załącznik nr 8.2 do SWZ, na warunkach określonych w ppu-r oraz ogólnych warunkach licencyjnych producenta oferowanego oprogramowania. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia nastąpiło na warunkach i zasadach określonych w ppu wraz z załącznikami stanowiących Załącznik nr 8.1 do SWZ, a w przypadku zaoferowania rozwiązania równoważnego na warunkach i zasadach określonych w ppu-r wraz z załącznikami stanowiących Załącznik nr 8.2 do SWZ.
