Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: usługa przechowywania dokumentów zgodnie z szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje przechowywanie dokumentacji przez okres wymagany przepisami dla danej kategorii akt oraz pełną obsługę archiwalną przejętej dokumentacji, przygotowywanie dokumentacji do wybrakowania, przygotowanie protokołu wybrakowania dla Zamawiającego. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również udostępnianie dokumentacji w postaci fizycznej (oryginał, kopia), brakowanie dokumentacji po upływie określonego w określonych przepisach terminu przechowywania i niszczenie dokumentacji.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (załącznik nr 1 do SWZ) będzie stanowić załącznik do zawartej umowy.
