1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: • dostawa do SZPZLO Warszawa Bemowo-Włochy do poradni stomatologicznej przy ul. Czumy 1 w Warszawie unitu stomatologicznego wraz z komponentami; • instalacja unitu stomatologicznego wraz z komponentami obejmująca m.in. niezbędną adaptację do potrzeb przyłączy instalacyjnych elektryki, wody, sprężonego powietrza, kanalizacji i instalacji ssącej w pomieszczeniach, gdzie urządzenie zostanie zainstalowane; • uruchomienie urządzenia; • szkolenie personelu medycznego oraz obsługa serwisowa urządzenia w okresie gwarancji.
