Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa tomografu komputerowego wraz z wyposażeniem, instalacją, uruchomieniem oraz transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem (na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy) w sposób i miejsce wskazane przez Zamawiającego, do Szpitala Pomnik Chrztu Polski w Gnieźnie przy ul. 3 Maja 37. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis wymaganych parametrów technicznych (OPZ). Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. Szczegółowe regulacje określono w SWZ.
