Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wraz z wniesieniem do Pracowni Diagnostyki Obrazowej Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. Janusza Korczaka w Słupsku Sp. z o. o. przy ul. Hubalczyków 1 aparatu RTG typu telekomando w asortymencie i ilościach wyszczególnionych w Załączniku nr 2 do IDW - Formularz asortymentowo - ilościowy. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również rozmieszczenie, montaż, instalację, uruchomienie przedmiotu zamówienia w pomieszczeniu wskazanym przez Zamawiającego oraz przeszkolenie personelu Zamawiającego, w zakresie uruchomienia, eksploatacji, obsługi i konserwacji przedmiotu zamówienia oraz użytkowania sprzętu w sposób korzystny dla Zamawiającego w szczególności w zakresie oszczędzania energii, wody i ograniczenia odpadów.
