Description

1. Przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania jest dostawa oraz montaż sprzętu ICT do pracowni programowania w Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa poniższego sprzętu ICT: 1. Komputer do programowania wraz z akcesoriami - 20 szt. 2. Monitor komputerowy - 20 szt. 3. Drukarka laserowa A4 kolorowa - 1 szt. 4. Oprogramowanie biurowe - Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024 lub równoważne - 20 szt. 5. Monitor interaktywny wraz z uchwytem mocującym - 1 szt. Zadanie realizowane jest w ramach projektu pn. "Profesjonalne Pracownie 4 w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju”, dofinansowanego w ramach działania 10.14 „Infrastruktura kształcenia zawodowego”. Wykonawca, który powołuje się na rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym przez Zamawiającego, jest obowiązany wykazać, że oferowane przez niego dostawy lub usługi spełniają wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego. Zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 793 z późn. zm.) Zamawiający opisując przedmiot zamówienia przez odniesienie do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 oraz ust. 3 PZP, dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym w dokumentacji zamówienia.
