Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Zakup i dostawa, 3 sztuk, komputerów All-in-One (AiO) na potrzeby WCSM UO, zgodnie z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia/umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 1A do SWZ. Zamawiający wymaga by przedmiot zamówienia został dostarczony i wniesiony przez Wykonawcę do pomieszczenia wyznaczonego przez Zamawiającego, w terminie określonym w pkt. 4 SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia dostarczony będzie Zamawiającemu na ryzyko Wykonawcy i w ramach wynagrodzenia (określonego w ofercie) przysługującego Wykonawcy. Wykonawca musi zaoferować realizację pełnego przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z wymogami Zamawiającego określonymi w SWZ oraz załącznikach i objąć ofertą cały zakres przedmiotu zamówienia. Przedmiot umowy musi odpowiadać właściwym normom oraz posiadać wymagane dopuszczenia do obrotu i certyfikaty (w tym w zakresie bezpieczeństwa musi odpowiadać normom CE w zakresie bezpieczeństwa urządzeń elektrycznych). Przedmiot zamówienia musi spełniać wszystkie wymagania produktu bezpiecznego zgodnie z ustawą o ogólnym bezpieczeństwie produktów z dnia 12 grudnia 2003 r. (t.j. Dz.U. z 2021 r. poz. 222) i oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi być fabrycznie nowy, nieużywany oraz nieeksponowany na wystawach lub imprezach targowych, sprawny technicznie, bezpieczny, kompletny i gotowy do pracy, a także spełniać wymagania techniczno-funkcjonalne wyszczególnione w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia
