Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są: 1) dostawy Switchy Fibre Channel wraz z Kablami Ethernet zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w OPZ; 2) instalacja, konfiguracja i uruchomienie Sprzętu zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w OPZ; 3) świadczenie Usług Serwisu dla dostarczonego Sprzętu zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w OPZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wykaz zadań, terminów oraz warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, płatności, etc. określone zostały w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (dalej: „PPU”), które stanowią załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej: „OPZ”), który stanowi załączniki nr 1 do SWZ.
