Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu komputerowego do Uniwersytetu Jana Kochanowskiego w Kielcach z podziałem na części tj.: Część 2 Dostawa sprzętu komputerowego do Rektoratu UJK Dostarczony sprzęt powinien posiadać wymagane przepisami prawa atesty, certyfikaty, świadectwa jakości oraz spełniać wszelkie wymogi norm, określonych obowiązującym prawem, biorąc przede wszystkim pod uwagę jego przeznaczenie. Wymagane jest aby urządzenia takie jak ( komputery stacjonarne, laptopy, monitory, tablety, projektory) zakupywane w niniejszym postępowaniu posiadały certyfikat TCO Certified lub EPEAT ( co najmniej Bronze) lub równoważny. Jako równoważną Zamawiający uzna dokumentację producenta potwierdzającą spełnienie wymagań w zakresie efektywności energetycznej i zrównoważonego rozwoju. W takim przypadku Zamawiający uzna za wystarczające posiadanie dla tych urządzeń następujących dokumentów: • zgodność z Energy Star, • deklaracje środowiskowe (np. ISO 14001, RoHS, REACH), • dane o zużyciu energii i materiałach z recyklingu
