Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) zakup tomografu komputerowego CBCT wraz z wyposażeniem. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załączniki nr 2 do SWZ. 2) wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej i robót budowlanych związanych z instalacją aparatu oraz adaptacją i modernizacją pomieszczeń przeznaczonych na ten cel w Narodowym Instytucie Onkologii im. Marii Skłodowskiej - Curie - Państwowym Instytucie Badawczym zgodnie z Programem Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym stanowiącym odpowiednio Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) zakup tomografu komputerowego CBCT wraz z wyposażeniem. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załączniki nr 2 do SWZ. 2) wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej i robót budowlanych związanych z instalacją aparatu oraz adaptacją i modernizacją pomieszczeń przeznaczonych na ten cel w Narodowym Instytucie Onkologii im.
