Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż, dostawa, instalacja oraz uruchomienie tomografu komputerowego do zaawansowanych badań kardiologicznych, także przeszkolenie personelu użytkownika w zakresie obsługi przedmiotu zamówienia. Zamówienie stanowi realizację zadania: w ramach umowy o dofinansowanie NR KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0441/25/KPO/11/2025/627 Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności: Komponent D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia” Inwestycja D1.1.1 „Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury centrów opieki wysokospecjalistycznej i innych podmiotów leczniczych”. Tytuł przedsięwzięcia: Rozwój działalności Szpitala Uniwersyteckiego nr 2 im. dr. Jana Biziela w Bydgoszczy w świadczeniach opieki zdrowotnej w rodzajach i zakresach kardiologicznych. Szacunkowa wartość zamówienia - 7 966 700,00 złotych netto. Informacja o procedurze zgodnie z art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP: Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie procedury, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP, tj. Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane. Zamawiający wówczas będzie mógł unieważnić postępowanie na podstawie art. 257 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych.
