Description

1. Przedmiot postępowania realizowany jest w ramach projektu „Zwiększenie jakości oraz dostępności diagnostyki onkologicznej i leczenia onkologicznego w Uniwersyteckim Centrum Klinicznym”, realizowanego w ramach Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności: Komponent D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia” Inwestycja D1.1.1 „Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury centrów opieki wysokospecjalistycznej i innych podmiotów leczniczych”. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa tomografu komputerowego o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4 do SWZ, zwanym dalej „sprzętem”, wraz z instalacją oraz przeszkoleniem pracowników Zamawiającego. 3. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje: Tomograf komputerowy (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4 do SWZ; 4. Wymieniony wyżej sprzęt musi spełniać warunki graniczne określone w Załączniku numer 4 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z warunków granicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 5. Dokumentacja techniczna z zakresu ochrony radiologicznej niezbędna do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku numer 13 do SWZ. 6. Opis prac instalacyjnych znajduje się w Załączniku numer 14 do SWZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku numer 4 do SWZ
