Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa tramwajów niskopodłogowych. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) zakres podstawowy (gwarantowany), tj. dostawę 20 tramwajów wieloczłonowych, niskopodłogowych, dwukierunkowych wraz ze specjalistycznym wyposażeniem obsługowym, pakietem naprawczym, pakietem eksploatacyjnym, elementami tramwaju i danymi technicznymi niezbędnymi do włączenia tramwaju w układ symulatora eksploatowanego przez Zamawiającego, dokumentacją techniczną łącznie z licencjami i oprogramowaniem łącznie z licencjami, przeprowadzeniem szkoleń oraz wykonaniem napraw powypadkowych (w okresie gwarancji udzielonej na tramwaje), 2) opcję, tj. dostawę 42 tramwajów wieloczłonowych, niskopodłogowych, dwukierunkowych wraz z pakietem eksploatacyjnym, licencjami dla dokumentacji technicznej oraz oprogramowania oraz wykonaniem napraw powypadkowych (w okresie gwarancji udzielonej na tramwaje), a także dostawę elementów specjalistycznego wyposażenia obsługowego dla tramwajów, dostawę elementów pakietu naprawczego dla tramwajów oraz przeprowadzenie szkoleń dodatkowych. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia określono szczegółowo w rozdziale II SWZ.
