Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa spirometru w ramach projektu pn: „Poprawa dostępności, efektywności oraz jakości świadczeń zdrowotnych w obszarze kardiologii w województwie łódzkim” dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi 2. Zakres przedmiotowy został szczegółowo opisany w załączeniu do niniejszej SWZ „Zestawienie parametrów technicznych, warunków gwarancji oraz szkoleń” - Załącznik nr 2 oraz wzorze umowy - Załącznik nr 7. 3. Przedmiotowa dostawa finansowana jest: a) ze środków Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności przyznanych Umową o dofinansowanie nr KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0409/25/KPO/56/2025/436 na realizację projektu pn: „Poprawa dostępności, efektywności oraz jakości świadczeń zdrowotnych w obszarze kardiologii w województwie łódzkim” b) ze środków własnych
