1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy środków czystości dla Dzielnicowego Biura Finansów Oświaty Ursynów m.st. Warszawy oraz placówek oświatowych w Dzielnicy Ursynów m.st. Warszawy. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Formularzu cenowym, który stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby produkty dostarczone do DBFO Ursynów i Placówek były dopuszczone do obrotu na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej oraz były zgodne z obowiązującymi normami jakościowymi i przepisami prawa. 4. Zamawiający wymaga, aby produkty dostarczone do DBFO Ursynów i Placówek były nowe, posiadały nazwę producenta i opis produktu w języku polskim oraz były wolne od wad. 5. Zamawiający wymaga, aby termin przydatności do użycia środków czystości dostarczonych do DBFO Ursynów i Placówek wynosił nie mniej niż 6 miesięcy od daty każdej dostawy. 6. Zamawiający wymaga by dostawy odbywały się w terminie trzech dni roboczych od wysłania na adres mailowy Wykonawcy zlecenia dostawy. 7. Zamawiający wymaga by zamówienie było realizowane na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, które stanowi Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
