1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa spycharki gąsienicowej do Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o. w Sosnowcu o parametrach nie gorszych niż opisane w SWZ. 2. Spycharka gąsienicowa nie może być prototypem, ma pochodzić z seryjnej produkcji oraz spełniać obowiązujące w Polsce normy i przepisy prawa. Maszyna fabrycznie nowa, rok produkcji nie starszy niż 2025, wolna od wad konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych, wykonawczych i prawnych. 3. Szczegółowy opis znajduje się w Rozdziale II sekcja 1 SWZ.
