1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu i oprogramowania serwerowo-sieciowego wraz z systemem backupu, zwanych dalej „towarem” szczegółowo opisanych w zał. nr 6 do SWZ pn. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 1.1. Dostawy ubezpieczonego towaru wraz z wniesieniem i rozładowaniem towaru, instalacją i wdrożeniem odbywać się będą na koszt wykonawcy, który należy uwzględnić w cenie oferty. Miejsce dostaw: 1.1.1. Kraków, ul. Strzelecka 2-2A 1.1.2. Radziszów, ul. Podlesie 173. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagania Zamawiającego względem przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w: 2.1.1. Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ: Formularz cenowy, 2.1.2. Załączniku nr 4 do SWZ: Wzór umowy. 2.1.3. Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ: Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 1.
