Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa Sprzętu wraz z wniesieniem i instalacją w miejscu wskazanym przez Zamawiającego, w lokalizacji w Warszawie przy ul. Niedźwiedziej 6E. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym zakres usług świadczonych przez Wykonawcę oraz przez producenta w ramach Umowy został zawarty w OPU. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa Sprzętu wraz z wniesieniem i instalacją w miejscu wskazanym przez Zamawiającego, w lokalizacji w Warszawie przy ul. Niedźwiedziej 6E. 2. Zamawiający wymaga, aby dostarczony Sprzęt : 1) był fabrycznie nowe, z aktualnej linii produktowej producenta, tj. nie może znajdować się na listach „end-of-sale”, „end-of-life”, „end-of-support” producenta - co najmniej na dzień złożenia Oferty; 2) pochodził z europejskiego kanału dystrybucji; 3) posiadał parametry i funkcjonalności określone w OPU. 3. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia, procedura i wymagania dotyczące jego realizacji zostały określone w projekcie umowy, który stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
