Wykonanie robót dekarsko-ciesielskich w podziale na 5 części w celu naprawy dachów w budynkach gminnych administrowanych przez Zarząd Lokali Miejskich Wykonanie robót dekarsko-ciesielskich celem rekonstrukcji dachu budynków: 1) mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego 2 prawej oficyny (nr ewid. 89), 2) mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego 2 lewej oficyny (nr ewid. 86), 3) mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego 3 lewej oficyny (nr ewid. 87) znajdujących się na nieruchomości wchodzącej w skład zasobu Miasta Łodzi położonej w Łodzi przy ul. Czechosłowackiej 5 (działka nr 14/5, obręb W-15), zgodnie z SSTWiORB oraz kosztorysami. Budynki nie znajdują się na terenie objętym ochroną Konserwatora Zabytków, ale są obiektami zabytkowymi wpisanymi do gminnej ewidencji zabytków miasta Łodzi jako „Zespół 6 domów robotniczych Łódzkiej Manufaktury Nicianej”..
