Description

1. Zamawiający zleca, a Wykonawca przyjmuje do realizacji w ramach niniejszej Umowy zadanie pn.: Budowa hali sportowej w Lesznie” zwane dalej „przedmiotem Umowy”. 2. Zadanie obejmuje budowę hali sportowej z zapleczem oraz zagospodarowaniem terenu i całą potrzebną infrastrukturą, jak: podziemny zbiornik p.poż., zbiornik retencyjny, panele fotowoltaiczne, monitoring, budowa zewnętrznego magazynu sprzętu oraz częściowa rozbiórka budynku szkoły podstawowej w celu połączenia budynku szkoły z halą przeszklonym łącznikiem na poziomie parteru. Na parterze budynku będzie znajdowała się wielofunkcyjna sala gimnastyczna z możliwością podzielenia jej na 3 sektory za pomocą kotar trudno zapalnych, ściana wspinaczkowa po wschodniej stronie hali, korytarze komunikacyjne z klatkami schodowymi, pomieszczenia gospodarcze i techniczne, węzły sanitarne, magazyny, umywalnie, szatnie, biuro, pomieszczenia dla trenerów, recepcja wraz z monitoringiem i szatniami dla widowni. Na piętrze będą korytarze komunikacyjne wraz z klatkami schodowymi, pomieszczenia gospodarcze, węzły sanitarne, sala konferencyjna wraz z pomieszczeniem socjalnym, pokój dla personelu, pokój dla trenerów, sala do judo/karate wraz z wyposażeniem (maty, materace absorbujące upadki/rzuty, sala baletowa z zespołem luster i barierek, trybuny na 195 miejsc siedzących, pomieszczenia/pokoje zlokalizowane na tyłach trybun. Do komunikacji pomiędzy parterem, a piętrem oprócz dwóch klatek schodowych będzie przeznaczona winda. W zakresie zadania będzie również wyposażenie obiektu hali sportowej: sal do ćwiczeń oraz pozostałych pomieszczeń.
