2.1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywna dostawa leków w programach lekowych oraz innych leków dla Zespołu Szpitali Miejskich w Chorzowie w ilości i opisie określonej w specyfikacji asortymentowo-cenowej stanowiącej załącznik nr 2 do niniejszej SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje 57 Pakiety. Pakiet nr 31 program lekowy B.153. B.154.FM. (1 pozycja asortymentowa); Pakiet nr 32 program lekowy B.102.FM. (1 pozycja asortymentowa); Pakiet nr 33 program lekowy B.102.FM.(1) (1 pozycja asortymentowa); Pakiet nr 34 program lekowy B.102.FM. (2) (1 pozycja asortymentowa); Pakiet nr 35 program lekowy B.67.(1 pozycja asortymentowa); Pakiet nr 36 program lekowy B.29.
