2.1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywna dostawa leków w programach lekowych oraz innych leków dla Zespołu Szpitali Miejskich w Chorzowie w ilości i opisie określonej w specyfikacji asortymentowo-cenowej stanowiącej załącznik nr 2 do niniejszej SWZ.
