Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa leków i wyrobów medycznych do Apteki Szpitalnej Uniwersyteckiego Dziecięcego Szpitala Klinicznego im. L. Zamenhofa w Białymstoku, ul. J. Waszyngtona 17, zwanego dalej Zamawiającym. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 1 Klorazepan dipotasowy 5 mg x 30 tabl. *Preparat dopuszczony do stosowania u dzieci od 9 r.ż. OP 7; 1 Albendazol 400 mg tabl. do rozgryzania i żucia x 1 tabl. *Preparat dopuszczony do stosowania u dzieci > 2 r.ż. OP 5; 1 Uliprystalu octan 30 mg x 1 tabl. TABL 10; 1 Penicylina fenoksymetylowa 1 mln j.m. x 30 tabl. powl. *Preparat dopuszczony do stosowania u dzieci od 6 r.ż. OP 10; 1 Salbutamol 1 mg/ml roztwór do nebulizacji x 20 amp. a 2,5 ml *Preparat dopuszczony do stosowania u dzieci od 4 r.ż.
