1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa leków oraz materiałów medycznych dla Szpitala Miejskiego w Rudzie Śląskiej Sp. z o.o. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY oraz załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 11 części (pakietów). Cytrynian kofeiny 20 mg/ml (co odpowiada 10 mg kofeiny), roztwór do infuzji I do podawania p.o., op. 10 amp. - liczba 150; ACIDUM THIOCTICUM fiolka 600 mg/24 ml - liczba 190; Produkty farmaceutyczne - 56 pozycji asortymentowych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY; Produkty farmaceutyczne - 69 pozycji asortymentowych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY; DURWALUMAB koncentrat do sporz. roztw. do inf. 50mg/ml, 1 fiolka a 10 ml - liczba 220; IMMUNOGLOBULINA LUDZKA ANTY-D roztwór do wstrzykiwań 300mcg/2ml (1500IU) 1amp-strzyk a 2ml + igła do wstrzykiwań - liczba 249; Produkty farmaceutyczne - 2 pozycje asortymentowe. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY.; IMMUNOGLOBULINA LUDZKA 10% roztwór do wlewu doż. Fiolki do wyboru 25 ml, 50 ml lub 100 ml immunoglobulina w programie lekowym - liczba 2 000; Produkty farmaceutyczne - 5 pozycji asortymentowych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY.; Produkty farmaceutyczne, materiały medyczne - 19 pozycji asortymentowych.
