1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa leków oraz materiałów medycznych dla Szpitala Miejskiego w Rudzie Śląskiej Sp. z o.o. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY oraz załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 10 części (pakietów). 3. Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 z późn. zm.). Lek do wstrzykiwań do komory przedniej oka 1 ml roztworu do wstrz. zawiera: 0,2 mg tropicamidu, 3,1 mg fenylefryny, 10 mg lidocainy opak. 20 amp a 0,6 ml - ilość 125; OFATUMUMABUM 20 mg roztwór do wstrzykiwań we wstrzykiwaczu op. 1 wstrzykiwacz 0,4 ml - ilość 2200; NATALIZUMABUM 20 mg/ml koncentrat do sporządzania roztworu do infuzji op. 1 fiol a 15 ml (300 mg) - ilość 50. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY.; Dostawa produktów farmaceutycznych- 2 pozycje asortymentowe. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY.; Dostawa produktów farmaceutycznych oraz materiałów medycznych - 29 pozycji asortymentowych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY.; UBLITUXIMABUM koncentrat do sporz. roztworu do inf. 150 mg/6 ml, 1 fiol. 6 ml - ilość 26; Dostawa produktów farmaceutycznych - 4 pozycje asortymentowe. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ/UMOWY.; AMINOPLASMAL HEPA 10%, 500 ml x 10 but. - ilość 15; Dostawa produktów farmaceutycznych - 23 pozycje asortymentowe.
