Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy leków, w ilości i o parametrach określonych w zał. nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia do Apteki szpitalnej. Zamawiający w okresie trwania umowy (12 miesięcy od dnia podpisania umowy) przewiduje również dla zadań nr od 4 do 7, 11, 13, 17, 18, 19, 36 i 40 po 2 zamówienia w trybie pilnym tzw. „CITO” (z realizacją w terminie maksymalnie do 12 godzin od zamówienia). Koszt takiej dostawy Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wliczyć w cenę oferty (danego zadania/pakietu). Zamówienie w ramach dostaw pilnych będzie zawierało w treści dodatkową adnotację: "nr zgłoszenia/CITO/do 12 h" Płyny infuzyjne; Program lekowy; Antybiotyki i leki uzupełniające; Antybiotyki i leki psychotropowe; Antybiotyki i chemioterapeutyki 2; Aerosole, roztwory do inhalacji; Cytostatyki; Programy lekowe; Żywienie pozajelitowe; Heparyny; Inne leki; Leki uzupełniające - import docelowy; Leki uzupełniające; Insuliny; Kontrast do TK; Programy lekowe - Mukowiscydoza; Żywienie dojelitowe; Żywność specjalnego przeznaczenia medycznego; Leki; Paski do glukometrów; Pozostałe środki terapeutyczne
