Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego, wolnego od wad fizycznych i prawnych samochodu osobowego, zgodnego z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia/Ofertą techniczną, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 2. PROCEDURA ODWRÓCONA! JEDZ TYLKO OD WYKONAWCY OFERTY NAJWYŻEJ OCENIONEJ! Na podstawie art. 139 ust. 2 ustawy, przed wyborem najkorzystniejszej oferty Zamawiający wezwie Wykonawcę, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, do złożenia w wyznaczonym terminie, oświadczenia, że nie podlegał wykluczeniu oraz spełniał warunki udziału w postępowaniu na dzień złożenia oferty.
