Zakup samochodów elektrycznych w ilości 3 sztuki. 1. Ilość: 3 sztuki 2. Samochód elektryczny 3. Gwarancja na oryginalne części i akcesoria: Wykonawca dostarczy pojazdy objęte pełną gwarancją producenta obowiązującą na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Zakres gwarancji nie może być mniej korzystny niż standardowa gwarancja producenta oferowanego pojazdu. Naprawy gwarancyjne muszą być realizowane w autoryzowanej sieci serwisowej producenta na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Gwarancja producenta obejmuje wszystkie elementy pojazdu, w szczególności podzespoły mechaniczne, elektryczne, elektroniczne, układ napędowy, wyposażenie dodatkowe, nadwozie oraz oprogramowanie pojazdu, z wyłączeniem elementów eksploatacyjnych podlegających naturalnemu zużyciu podczas prawidłowej eksploatacji, w szczególności: piór wycieraczek, opon, klocków i tarcz hamulcowych, żarówek i bezpieczników, płynów eksploatacyjnych, filtrów, innych materiałów eksploatacyjnych wymienianych okresowo zgodnie z zaleceniami producenta. Bateria trakcyjna oraz silnik elektryczny muszą być objęte odrębną gwarancją producenta, nie krótszą niż 8 lat lub 160 000 km przebiegu w zależności od tego co nastąpi wcześniej. 4. Wykonawca zapewni bezpłatny pakiet serwisowy przez okres 5 lat od dnia odbioru pojazdu, obejmujący wszystkie wymagane przez producenta przeglądy okresowe, robociznę oraz materiały eksploatacyjne przewidziane harmonogramem obsługi producenta. 5. Obsługa gwarancyjna i serwisowa musi być realizowana w autoryzowanej stacji obsługi producenta zlokalizowanej na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. W przypadku braku autoryzowanej stacji obsługi na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego Wykonawca zapewni na własny koszt odbiór pojazdu od Zamawiającego oraz jego zwrot po wykonaniu naprawy lub przeglądu. 6.
